Cleaned the interior side of the windows. I then decided to vacuum the interior, and then my vacuum overheated or something because it won't work anymore. Oh well. After that, took a nice drive to go fishing and caught the best bass of the season so far. Only two pounds lol.

I promise everyone that soon (hopefully this weekend) I will write an entire thread dedicated to this, but today I had Cragar soft 8's put on the Jeep. She's almost done, just a few minor things here and there. Here is just a teaser pic for now though. New wheels, Atthehelm's steel bumpers, and hand painted fenders. Did I mention I was in Germany?
Again, I will go into great detail about what it took to get her here. This project was four years in the making.

Looks really good with the two tone(renegade style) paint and those bumpers. What kind of backspacing do you have with those soft 8's and do you have any rubbing? I'm thinking of going to those when I go up in tire size.
Atthehelm's bumpers look great too. The approach and departure angles look improved.

Added more to my personal bumper. More protection and gives a prerunner look. I love it.

Absolutely perfect. Curious if you have plans on moving the exhaust tail pipe out of the way.

Your KK IMO would look so much better if the wheels were sticking out a little more. Awesome bumper.

I always thought the same thing. I like the look of the wheels being right at the edge of the flare or hanging out that 1/8" or so

Bmxer: Not sure of your current setup, but I recent posted pictures for reference to see how the OME lift looks with wheel spacers. Some better shots in the near future, but viewtopic.php?f=6&t=75560

Filled up the tank tonight. 20 m.p.g. ain't bad for 80 percent city and 20 highway.

I still feel like if I understood this electronic throttle body better my mileage would improve even more. Still have no idea when I'm being too light or too heavy on the throttle. :?

To me, that is the sickest style front bumper I've seen! Been planning/designing a dream bumper for the KK over a few drinks and yours is almost 100% what I was thinking :5SHOTS:

I'm stock for now, but just ordered OME springs, and getting Bilstein shocks. I plan on doing a top plate and clevis too. I need new tires badly and don't want to buy tires twice, making me lift early. After a few months or so I plan on getting new wheels to push the tires out. I like your stance though, even just sticking out a tad farther is perfect.

Thanks! You'll love the new ride height and other benefits. The tires stuck out just a hair more before the lift. Still looks better than shoved in the fender from the factory.
