I just got my Westin Bull Bar today for my 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade and I am really looking forward to installing it, but I am running into a snag removing the tow hooks. I am sure the bull bar is easy to install but removing the tow hooks is harder than I thought. Has anyone ever run into anything like this?

sell the westin bar and save up on a real then sell the tow hooks you will be a lot more happy in the long run. also if by the chance you get in a wreck will have less damage since them things cause more damage than they save.

That being said, it's like boinkin' your sister...just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

This is true! I asked a body shop owner about it and he said even if you get into a small 10-20 mph accident, you'll do more damage to the vehicle. It's better not having one.
