I'm thinking about doing a strut plate spacer and clevis lift up front and using spring isolators in the rear. My question is, do I need to run top and bottom spacers in the rear, or could I just stack bottom or top isolators? Gonna prob order from JBA.

You can add two uppers per side with no problem
That will give you an inch of lift
Unless you have bump stops there is nothing to really hold them in the bottom
