I'm thinking about trading in the crd. I've got a p1140 code, anyway to pull the bulb or disabl the CEL. I don't really want to undo all my mods but I'mwilling to bet they would make the dealer nervous.

It is a federal crime to disable that light and falsely sell it with no known issues(cel being on).Just put it back to stock to get the light out if your trading it in.

I agree with tjkj2002 here....how would you feel if you bought a used vehicle and the engine suddenly blew up on you because the previous owner pulled out the CEL LED and you happy carried on driving instead of pulling over immediately when having a problem!

P1140 it's the FCV IIRC, GDE tune or replacing it will clear it.
