just ordered 4 , by the way I called last week and the person I talked did not know about this

so I was ready to order direct , I just saw this today

They are here! We are WAY behind on orders from the holiday weekend so I'm hoping to get them shipped today. Some may not go until tomorrow morning.

Sorry to hear that. I just trained all our phone reps on these plugs so that should not happen again.

got mine today , I just have to find the url on replacing them #4 is the bad one in mine , but I want to get all the ceramics out
