We've had our brand new used 2002 KJ for over a week now. A lot of general cleaning and maintenance work is done, more to come. The Jeep came to us with an ARB Bullbar and 2.5 Rusty's lift. Not sure how old the lift was I'd imagine 6-7 years.

Anyway, measuring from hub center to flare edge initially I came up with : front 20 1/2, rear 21 1/8. The truck is running 265/75/16 Fun Country's, yep they rub. I managed to knock the pinchweld back more than the original owner but they still hit the back of the wheelwell on full lock.

I removed the ARB and installed the factory fascia and flares. losing 100 lbs brought the front and rear up to 21 1/4 , sit's level now.

Might've even stopped rubbing in the back of the wheelwell, though now it rubs the front of the front flares. Wheels and tires will probably be the next change.

Like we've talked before the Rustys setup was never meant to have an ARB hanging out there
Second with it on you weren't much over an inch above new stock height
Now with it off its 2 inches higher than new stock but still two inches below what you need to run the tires you have and also the loss of power etc wouldn't be good
Next step is going to a 245-75-16 tire at least or better yet smaller to a 245-70-16

Since it's my daughters truck I want it to be as "trouble free" as possible. I'm currently shopping for 16x7 factory alloys. If 245/70's offer the least hassle, better drivability with no rubbing yet still being better in the snow that's the way I'll go.

Thats your best bet really
So looks a lot different already I'll bet with the front changed out
Did you sell the ARB and front flares yet?

It did. She likes it alot more now, as she says "looks less like a tank".
I did the swap on Sunday. I put the bar and flares on the local CL, a few emails, we'll see if people show though. Just posted them in the classifieds here as well.
Thanks for the tips.

I had the 2.5" Rusty's lift but then a truck turned left in front of me at a signal and my left front end got crushed.
The body shop replaced the suspension on that side + a new ARB bumper at my request and I started to lose most of the lift. I had to replace Rusty's springs with the heavy duty OME springs + a couple spacer rings and I got all of my lift back and then some. :D

245/70X16 tires will run no problem on stock wheels, I've used them on my no lift 2005, I now run 235/75X16 tires which are a bit taller with no problem and the wheelwells have not been altered.
