Hello Everyone!

I've been a liberty owner for 5 years now. I have an 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade, dark khaki. What a great vehicle! I also own a 2003 Buell XB9s motorcycle. I've been a part of the buellxb.com and found it to be one of the best resources for my bike. I figured it was time to get the same info for my jeep.

The reason for joining is two fold. First my jeep is finally paid off and I now have the extra $$ and will to modify it. The second is that I hit a deer this past week and messed up my front bumper, this now gives me some extra motivation to start preparing the jeep for some off-roading since I have to fix/replace the front bumper regardless. The jeep is still drivable and really left the accident with little damage (it was a small baby deer that just seemed to bounce off)

I am a research scientist at Alphamicron. We specialize in Liquid Crystal eyewear for instant tint applications. We do electronic tint (e-Tint) Ski-goggles, sun glasses, and motorcycle visors. Check us out if you are interested. http://e-tintproducts.com/

Thanks!

Welcome! Get you a brush guard or steel bumper; there are a few available out there for Libertys if you search. :google:
Living in a deer area, the brush guard was the first thing I added to protect the front end. Got them on three trucks now... :JEEPIN:

Steel bumper or bust man...brush guards are damage multipliers

Welcome from the Northwest side of the state
Check out the Ohio section, we have M&Gs every so often and that way you can see what we have done / how it works etc
And yes don't waste your money on most all of the brush guards will never hold a deer or even a twig
The Matrix isn't too bad of a set up but then for 2-300 more you can get a full aftermarket steel bumper
When I had the ARB it took out a Toyota Camry, 4 Deer and a Chevrolet pickup
pulled it off beat it back just a little and sold it to another member on here
