Vans always had coils in front , Thats what Quigley used but they have always had issues with parts etc wearing quickly
Check out UJOINTOFFROAD All he does is 4 wheel drive conversions and lots of Ford diesel upgrades , up to 8 inches of lift and 37s is normal stuff

Did I mention I hate snow?
Well I do!
I know this won't sound right but I blew myself 5 times this weekend, my neighbour's Paul, Mike and Kay 2 times each!
:ROTFL:

I do however love wood!

Finished sanding this old crappy end table and stained it one of my favorites, red mahogany. Finishing it off with tung oil. I also made a display base for my fathers old train that I have on display but going to finish that off with several coats of high gloss poly.

Today, I lost my best friend!

My best buddy Rusty! RIP Rusty, I will miss you with everything I have in me! Rusty left us this morning, he was in a lot of pain and I could not make him go through it anymore. He is no longer in pain, but will always be in my heart!!!!! He was with me for 13 wonderful, memorable years. He went along with me camping in the motorhome to NASCAR and INDYCAR races and loved to "meet the neighbors" at all the campgrounds. Went along on a couple wheeling trips and was just generally always there for me!

There is nothing in the world better than a good dog. Nothing.

You gave him 13 wonderful and happy years. I lost both of my dogs over the past couple years (aged just short of 13 years for one, 15 years for the other). All I can say is it gets better, but it will take some time. He was lucky to have someone who cared so much about him. What a beautiful dog.

Tahoe: Iv'e had this car since I was "18" its a Texas car, 1975 Olds cutlass "S" with the long back glass/roof line. I built a 468 4 bolt main, Big Block Chevy, alum. Pro. Action cyliner heads, 202/ 194 valve's, Harland sharp roller rocker's, Eagle crank, Eagle H beam rods, big dome piston's 12.5:1 , 714/714 Roller Comp cam, Holly high rise intake, 1050 holly carb. NOS foger setup, turbo 400 reverse valve body, 4500 cone stall converter, 12 bolt rearend 4:10 alburn locker, Moser 31 spine alxe's . The list goes on and on !!! I had it paited Viper silver, had all the chrome redone, I havent had the time or money to get the exhaust and headers I want so its been sitting for the past 8 yrs. It's a street car, last time I ran it down the dragstrip I busted 11.22 in the 1/4 I think with some dialing in and a set of new drag radial's I could get real close to 10.99 !

Sounds like fun! Any chance a blue KK from PA could squeeze in there before Jan 8 for some rear suspension tweaking? :CAMPING: Bump stops, brake lines, and sway bar links for a JBA 4 inch lift need to go in. I would bring brats to grill, and other goodies. :D

I have you "penciled in" for sometime after Christmas if that works for you. Hope it does, tired of missing you on these trips. Maybe we could even get another lifted KK owner like Marlon down from his Michigan hangout

Sounds good. Something after Christmas will work fine. Meantime, if you could use an extra hand with the Canadian KK on the 1st, I'd be happy to come by. I've never seen a lift installed and it would be a valuable learning experience as well as a lot of fun to see it done on another KK. It would be a cool photo op, with 3 lifted KK's if we can get Marlon there too.

Sorry for your loss there KJ. Always tough to lose a loyal dog. Few yrs ago I had to put mine down after 17yrs. He was in a lot of pain too and just couldn't walk anymore. I couldn't stand to see him suffer anymore.
