Hello, I thought I would introduce myself. I have been lurking around here for awhile, and decided to create an account and start posting. I recently purchased a used 2008 Jeep KK, and have fallen in love with it. years ago I owned an extended cab Dodge Dakota which was modified with lifts, tires... the works. I loved that truck, but I got married, had kids, and needed something more practical... so I bought a Mazda 3 (nice, but blah). For the past 6 years that I owned that Mazda, I missed the feeling of sitting in a 4x4 vehicle, and one day decided to trade it in for my Jeep. I havent had it all but a few weeks, and I already have the mod bug... I just need to convince my wife to release the funds. I have already learned a lot about the KK, and hope to learn a lot more.

How about some more information like how many miles and some pics.
First thing is first and do a quick tune up.
Regular copper core (preferably OEM NGK spark plugs gapped to spec) -20 minutes tops.
Check the air filter - 5 seconds tops.
Check and clean the throttle body - 5 minutes.
When I bought my 2008, it was low on coolant, so check that, too.
Don't hesitate to ask us questions.
