Hi guys,

Picked up my Cherokee Limited (KK) this morning for what hopefully will be a fun few years ahead. I've crossed over from the Green Oval for a change, hopefully after a few mods I'll be as happy as I've been with Land Rover over the years & the Jeep will prove to be as capable. I expect to be seeing what a standard Cherokee can do this weekend as I've got a green laning trip planned (wheeling?)... Cant wait!

The fun's already started trying to find a UK supplier for parts; not much about but as I travel to New Jersey every few months with work I'm sure I'll be able to sort something out.

I've seen a good many great looking KK's in this section, they've given me some ideas so thanks in advance for the advice & information that I'll be picking up spending time on these forums.

Welcome to Lost!
The diesel KK is a beast, but you would know better than us since we don't have them in the states.
Enjoy your ride, and let us know if you ever have problems.
Oh, and when you're in Jersey, let us know, too! So many Jersey members including myself. 8)

Thanks guys,

I think I'm next in Delran mid-Feb for a week or so, are there any places in NJ you could recommend for a small shopping spree? First on the list is a mild lift, I've got to do my research & dig around the forum to see which is the best but still retains on-road drivability, past experience lifting LR's has made them an absolute pig on road.

I'm open to suggestions but so far it seems as though RRO Rockfather is the way to go?

Nope. The best way to go is Old Man Emu (OME) or Jeepinbyal (JBA).
Both excellent and people have been running them for years. I've got the OME lift and love it.
As for a shopping spree, just looking for a lift or other items such as clothes or random other stuff?

By the way, my city is 55 miles north of Delran.

I don't know that area, but Jersey has some really good shopping malls and outlets stores depending on where you are.
If you are near the Garden State Parkway, Exit 100 are the "Jersey Shore Outlets".
Lately I've done some shopping in my area at the Flemington Outlets.
I'd suggest looking up outlet stores for the best prices on things and see if they have any stores you're interested in.
