I think the point he is making that any breach of contract which may exist is between the two parties to the contract and does not involve others in any legal sense. I took Jeepologist's statement to be an appeal to friends to perhaps put a word in and possibly head this off before it becomes "a thing". Personally, I think that would have been better done via PM and left out of the public's eye. In a general sense, the more people involved in a fracas the harder it becomes to reach an agreement.
I'm not trying to take sides or tick anyone off. If what I posted makes sense, fine. If not, just ignore me.

Plus publicly stating what he stated can be used against him in court, can be considered a threat in some states.Seen some people get burned pretty bad for what they stated on public forums before even when it does not appear to be bad.
Ok Mr. tjkj2002 you might be a good mechanic except it's clear your knowledge ends in the garage where you repair vehicles, and just for your info i happen to be a holder of Masters Degree in Law and In my profession I deal with legal matters almost everyday. If you think i'll post words in this forum without first evaluating the legal implications of such words then you need to think again.
What we're talking about here is "simple facts and not threats" and we're posting publicly on this forum for a good reason therefor refrain from steering to havoc.
In bold english, Martin has runaway with my money equally other members on this forum have or are experiencing the same. I've requested you as a fellow member on this forum and a close friend of his to advice him to return my money back so that we can avoid legal action against him, but it seems you're more interested in twisting what i've posted and siding with your friend regardless rather then doing what is right.
What a shame!
