Dog_Party- Thanks, I figured you hadn't seen those! LOL.

As far as my Gas Mileage goes... Been running in 2wd now for quite a few miles... Mileage numbers are unchanged. 17.5-18.5mpg in 2wd.

Is my EGR valve all screwed up???

Do the 2006 model years need all those reflashes everybody was talking about?

Should I run regular diesel and see if that is the problem?

What is your driving style like? And do you do more city or freeway driving?

When I'm enjoying the boost too much, I see about 20-21 Freeway. Mixed driving I see 21-23 if I don't enjoy the boost too much. :)

Umm... Well, I'm no leadfoot. In Seattle you can't exactly speed anyway, the lights are timed specifically to IMPEDE traffic, so... :D

On the freeways (about 20% of my driving) I do about 70mph with cruise and overdrive on... I don't hard-accellerate but there are lots of hills and I go up them at the legal posted speed.

When on the freeways, my gas mileage quickly climbs into the low 20s... Maybe I am a leadfoot and didn't know it? A lot of cars accelerate faster than me, I try to keep the rpms under 3,000 if that means anything. I dunno.

Using 100% biodiesel we get 19mpg city and 27mpg highway.

That is being urban city - almost all stop-n-go. And on the highway speed is a big factor. If I set cruise at 60 I can hit 30mpg, cruise at 70 it drops to 26...

100% biodiesel will decrease your mileage realistically maybe 3 to 4 %. Biodiesel has about 5% less BTU than diesel but has increased cetane and lubrocity.

We have 12,000 miles on our CRD.
