Has anyone tried the RRO wheel spacers? I want to know if I should invest in a set of these after I get my lift, before I buy new tires, because I'd like to fit bigger tires than 245/75's, but I dont want to lose my turning radius. They spread the wheels another 2.5", but I want to know if they would allow me to get maybe 255/75's or 265/75's. I dont think I could fit much taller tires, but wider would be nice...

Would they be reliable enough to take offroading? Would it screw up the Jeeps balance, or something more serious??

I had spacers on my CJ for the longest time and never had a problem. I think as long as they are high grade aluminum they will be fine. However, I would just go with rims with less backspacing. 4.5 or even 4" of backspacing. The stock rims are 5.5" Might even want to consider and 8" rim.

I have them. To date I haven't had a problem with them. Nor am I unsatisfied with the way they perform. I do however agree with EDDO... Once the bigger lifts comes out I will switch to the proper offset rim and change them out.

I have them also 60,000 miles no problems. I tow a travel trailer also, MS, VA, NC, no problems. If you want your stock rims, if not get the proper offset rims to elminate the spacers.
