I just saw this article over in the KL section.
http://www.autoblog.com/2013/12/29/jeep-cherokee-sales-rival-wrangler-after-two-months/I for one am not a fan of the new styles that Jeep has started producing since Fiat took over. Not sure what the newer Jeeps will look like over the next few years since now Chrysler is fully owned by Fiat as of January 1, 2014. (

Fiat has definitely had some good input and changes made to some of the body styles, options, looks, and even performance. Like I'm defined glad to see the increased performance of the newer Wranglers which have slightly better gas mileage and more HP/Tq than the old 4.0l of the TJ's.
I guess I'm just sad to see the last remnants of the XJ body style fade away. Honestly, the boxy look and door handle style are what made me want to even buy a KK. When I first even saw it I thought it was the new XJ (Although I was not as read up on Jeeps as I am now).
Anyway, after my long rant, (and I know the body style thing has come up numerous times already)
what do you guys think of the new off road performance of the new KL's? They don't exactly look "rugged" to me, but then again I don't know much about their performance or mechanics/parts.
