For future reference red line si-1 is a much better choice for a fuel system cleaner. It has a very high PEA content and IMO the best out there. Oreillys usually stocks it.

Whatever the cleaner it's not going to fix my dilemma. I'll set fire to my xbox one if it did :dead:

I'd unhook the exhaust at the manifolds and tie it up out of the way to rule out the cats. I wouldn't drive for more then a few miles at a time to keep things from getting too hot. There would be little or no scavenging effect to help get the hot air out so your egt's would get pretty high. Of course if your cats are clogged up they'd be high anyways

I haven't unhooked them and dare not do something likethat by myself, other than an extremely violent engine knock/rumble every few days and a slight rumble/shaking every few seconds during idle nothing else is wrong.

Have you checked the timing? Is it possible you jumped a tooth on the timing chain?

It's not that hard to remove the bolts at the exhaust manifold flange. That's about the only sure fire way to tell, but Imo the best place to start

Don't know how to check timing and I'd rather pay someone to the repairs

So I've used about 3/4 of a tank of premium with a fuel system cleaner added seemed to have ever so slightly smoothed things out, I also cleaned the interior and exterior and my CEL has gone off for a few hours then came back on with the rumbles.

I've finally replaced the coil packs, spent $27 a coil pack (bought 6 used 3)
Started with cylinder 2 then 4 and finally with 6 and manually restarted the computer by unplugging one of the terminals on my battery and let it sit for 6 minutes. No more rough running or CEL! Now time to regear :JEEPIN:
