Things were moving very slowly for last few weeks, they hired a person last week to get things rolling.
NOW I worked all day just trying to catch up from this mornings emails/ phone calls !

They have one other family ahead of me so we'll see. This place is twice as big as ones I've been looking at in town, but less money than they are. So either something terribly wrong that I haven't found ...or people just don't want to be out and have to mow. :roll:

Its a mile to about a dozen restaurants/ grocery stores / NAPA ....so closer than I am now :ROTFL:

The area looks pretty good and the circular drive looks like it can hold lots of KJ's for a Meet-n-greet!

I have friends in that area - quiet yet so many amenities nearby. I-70 is right there so easy to get around (except during rush hour!) and you're that much closer to the homestead.

I head down that way quite a bit - straight down 77, west on 70 and I'm there

Contacted a Realtor about a place a few minutes ago. Seems someone is living there already. He went to show it yesterday and a couple and their kids were there :shock:

Seems someone broke in, changed the locks, rented it to this couple for 1800 plus 1800 security deposit and they don't know who he was! They signed a lease but it all the information on it is fake. They've been in there for 9 days without the owner or Realtor knowing anything about it.
Makes me wonder about finding homes on Craigslist
