I gotta say that I love the OEM look of these new lights. They aren't OEM but you can't tell the difference. They actually came with Sylvania headlights and fogs. Im going to keep these for a spare. For the fogs I'm not wired to run those but I'll just leave them in.

Here are the old. I guess I'll just trash them. The adhesive just doesn't come off.

Looks good. Did you end up needing to adjust the lights at all or were they about the same as your stock lights?

Mine should be here tomorrow and hopefully I can get them installed tomorrow, too.

I haven't driven at night yet so I can't tell if I'm blinding people or not. I did test it in my garage and it seemed about the same as before.

These came unused and included new Sylvania bulbs. I'm not sure which kind I'm assuming the cheap ones. I'll just keep them as backup until my ultras wear out.

What's the typical distance for measuring light cut off? 15 feet or so?

Home made intake for under $40. Sounds awesome, engines running cooler, and seems to have a little more pep! And yes I'm going to put a divider/heat shield in between

Looks good...I did something similar to yours. But I move it closer to the front where the air hole located.

Let me know how you going to make the heat shield...I am thinking of doing similar setup too...

I'm thinking about just taking a sheet of tin or cutting up chimney pieces and fitting it in there some how. I like your set up, looks really good

Idk what it is, but the tires look tiny in that pic lol. Looks good though. Have any shots down the side of the KK to see how they sit in comparison of the fenders?

Here you go. And you're right the tires do look small. If only I had the money to regear.

Why not put it in the radio slot?
What are you putting in the radio slot?
did you get the GPS button working?

First I put it there because I got so much glare I cant see the map/directions on the GPS.
Second, I am gonna put CB radio but don't want to give up the double din GPS
Third, I did get the GPS buttons to work again. I just re-solder the connector.

Its easier to see it now. I just have to give up my CD slot which I never use anyway.

What's that bar running above the intake?

Just a piece of pvc painted black. Just mounted it there to keep the intake from dropping down since the stock part is flexible.

Yea i was looking for something like that but didn't find anything.. I just bought a breather filter instead of connecting it into the main intake. Id switch mine out if i found that plumbing

I think you can shift the intake filter toward the front a bit as you hang it to the bar...and the hose is flexible anyway... For the blue hose, I used 1/2 pvc tube go on top of the 3/8 tube and superglue it together by the joint. and connect the extension to the breather behind the engine.

I might try this for the shield. Cheap and easy

That's about the best tank I've had too (100% highway on a long trip) since my 245/75/16 Duratracs. What kind/size tires are you running, Gage?

EDIT: I just noticed your tire data are in your signature!

I got about 17.8 the other day, followed by a tank of about 15.7 after that. I'm not sure where the fluctuation is. Funnily enough, the tank of 17.8 involved some light wheeling and use of 4WD. Go figure.
