I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty. Almost every time I begin to drive up a hill, the engine will hesitate; the steeper the hill, the quicker the hesitation. To overcome this, I press harder on the gas pedal. The engine will hesitate then increase in speed. I've had this problem for some time and can't find anyone that can diagnose the problem. Can anyone here help?????

I would recommend changing the spark plugs and possibly running some fuel injector cleaner through one tank of gas. Do you know when was the last time the plugs were changed?
