Well I installed my lift about 2 weeks ago (Frankenlift) ever since I have had a rattle in the front end. I have not got it aligned yet since the front hasn't settle at all. I took it to a shop to have them check all the bolts for torque....They didn't find anything :? ..ANY IDEAS??? Thanks
P.S. It's sounds like somethings loose

Check the tope nut for the strut,it can strip the strut bolt(not the strut plate but the rod comming out of the strut itself).

It's the upper control arm coming into contact with the spring.

Several things will make noise when the lift is installed. when on the road the upper arms will contact the sring, makeing a rattling noise. On the higher lifts the springs will actually come in contact with the uni-body at the bottom of the spring cut out area (area behind the spring that is indented half circle) and the CV joints will complain. The CV joint is more a crack or snap sound.
