About time :goink: Nice Limited ;)

Hey, his '94 Blazer looks a little worse than my '93 Bravada! While mine still runs good, it needed a ton of work (and fenders), so it's been parked for 3 yrs.

But when running on the road, I kept it a bit nicer

His still runs good, good cold AC, gas gauge stopped working though, plus the rust etc and it was time to upgrade !
Going to try and sell his old one now, make a good beater vehicle to take fishing or back road boogies :ROTFL:

Mine has a reasonably new AC Delco pump/sending unit, so that works. AC is also good and cold, heater core isn't old and neither is the radiator. Has a bunch of new steering parts. Oh, mine's 3.73 with limited slip. The Bravadas were AWD instead of 4x4; same BW4472 case as the Astro of the same vintage. While it still runs well, it needs (I think) the lower intake manifold gasket replaced. Has new fuel pressure regulator and 'nut kit' - the fuel pressure and return lines - under the plenum. And it has tan leather with lumbar interior (really dang comfortable, too). But it needed outer and inner fenders, torsion bar mounts, tires, u-joints, the LIM gasket and a few other things. I had other vehicles, so it sat ;)

Thats what his was 3.73s/limited slip/full leather / I've replaced all of the tie rod ends/ etc up front, he had to have the lower intake manifold gasket replaced the last time I was in Tanzania, new AC system, heater sore , dang come to think about it, i have a lot of new parts in it! Maybe I should up the price on Craigslist :ROTFL:

Hehehehehe - cover a little of the rust and you'll be good to go ;)

Mine has the factory trailer hitch. Never used, apparently - I had to undo the factory tape on the end of the wires to hook up a connector (this is in 2004 on a 1993)

Nah , I grew out of my S-10 (3)and Astro (1)phase. I actually had the first lifted S-10 in my area.
My biggest complaint about them was interior stuff, door handles, heater fan switch and heater cores.

That's common with all GM products. Engines n transmission are pretty decent. But electronics will nickle n dime the living snot out of you just after warranty runs out.

Everytime I see that picture it gets me in the mood to build a 4 wheel drive van!
The Astros look great like that, problem is finding one in good shape anymore.
May just have to find a Ford with the 7.3 , install the U-Joint 8 inch lift, 37s , lockers and be done

I've got 4 :). Actually, I've got a '93 AWD extended, 3.73s, with a few holes in the oil pan so it needs an engine transplant. Has a good running when pulled 4.3 in the back, but it'd be perfect for a V8 transplant.

Yea, had it been AWD, I probably would have kept it. I already had a V8 motor, mounts, exhaust, etc to do the V8 swap when the Tahoe fell in my lap.
Many of the vans got used for commercial side of life, so many are racked with miles and beat up. Sadly GM quit making in '05 :dead: , now we are stuck withthe littel Nissan and the Frod Transport :dizzy: :? .
