Hi guys & gals,
Only found this site yesterday.. Hey what a great site it is.. Posted a problem, you guy's had answers in 1/2hr. Still waiting for answer on UK sites, 36hrs now!!!!

Anyway a little about me.

I own 2005 KJ 2.8 CRD Ltd Auto. This is not my first Jeep though. Got rid of a Commander for the KJ. Have also owned 3 Grand Cherokees as well, 2 were 4l, the last one was a 2.7l CRD which I believe was only for European market.

Welcome Pete!
At the risk of sounding a little like Brit-bashing, I'm not surprised that you got an answer from LOST before some of your UK brethren. There are so few of us in the states that we've had to huddle tightly together for support, hovering over our keyboards in frantic searches for answers for which Chrysler/Jeep has left us wanting :) CRDs are a lot more common in the UK (and everywhere else in the world), so people are probably a little more "relaxed" about them... or you could just chalk it up to Americans being way to high-strung.

Dan

Hi Dan,
I know there are more crd's in UK, so going on that premise any faults should be more prevalent here than in USA.
Anyway in the light of your welcome I shall be using this site all the time now, especially as the speed of response is quick and friendly.
Over here Land Rovers supposedly are the best..... Not in my opinion! !!!! My other half thinks I'm mad with my obsession for the Jeep.
Anyway off to "love the torque" section with another couple of questions. I'm convinced I'll have no problem getting answers on here.

Pete
