Absolutely.

The Liberty gets that reputation but if you scroll through the KK section, you'll see what they're capable of regarding modifications and the experiences of those who truly put their Jeeps through their paces. Most are pleasantly surprised once they see its capabilities.

well, its gonna be my first car, and you know how high school kids are hahaha what mods would you suggest?

Well first things first
list if its lifted or not
what you intend to do with it
whats your budget
etc
Next if unlifted stick to stock sized rims
if lifted you have some leeway

well it was my sisters, but she is going to college, so it is mine now...it is stock everything, but it is in the higher trim with the leather seats and stuff

its really nice, and I'm really thankful. but i was just wondering what mods i could put on it to make it more manly

My suggestion would be take a few days and browse through the tons of photos on here of both KJs and KKs . What I like or some of the others on here may not be what you like. Take some time, look things over , ask questions on how you do some of the things before you jump in and do something that you may not like later.
I've been working on mine, changing parts, adding / subtracting stuff for almost ten years and 206,000 miles and still don't have it where I want it :ROTFL:

I never understood that at all. The whole "that's a girl car". Doesn't everyone usually refer to their cars in the female tense? give them girl names? refer to it as "she" or "her" instead of "it" .. So doesn't that make most vehicles girl vehicles in that case?

Plasti dip the hell out of it. On a high school budget not sure what you can do. Cragar wheels are cheap.

I work for my money! We got the car used with 20000 miles on it now it has close to 40000
