Here a link to the pics I took from the NorEaster event-none of my KJ  . We rode some challenging blues and it was a rockin' good time!! Met some cool folks from Canada who made up the rest of our group. It ended up as 4 KJ's (me, jeepinbyal, WVo|||||||o, chefdab), a YJ, a Pathfinder and an Xterra. I was definately impressed with the Nissans and all the flex they had (and aftermarket mods!)! Trail 55-Headless Horseman, a blue 3, was not kind to our group!

Great pics Dave! Appears some damages were sustained, what's up with Jeepin Al's rear springs? Joe

Holy cow look at that flex!!! I didn't notice it to much until the spring fell out! Too much lenght in the shock and too much flex in the joints on the new tri-link.

Today I have put a metal strap around the spring, to at least hold in place. I need to put a larger set of bump stops into the rear.

It seems that everytimre I go out with Dave (chefdab) he hits or breaks something. I think he is going to stop wheeling with me!

All blues that day, blue 1, blue 2 and the final rock garden, blue 3. We really had a good showing, you guys did great, and showed our Canadian friends what the KJ can do!

Thanks for the Photo's Dave, and I thank everyone for a great day.

PS sorry for holding us up a little.

Al

Don't worry Al, it's just body damage. And chicks dig body damage right? It's always the stupid trees and my door handles. I need to find a way to shave the door handles or something. But I still had a great time. We had gotten through the rock garden on the last trail and down to the last twenty feet with no damage and then, wham, darn tree jumped out at me. But then the spotter realized I should have been lined up different to squeeze between the trees so he got everybody else through without incident. The one lady from Canada,eh, is going to e-mail me a link to all the pictures she took. When I get them, I'll post some of them.

Those are some great picts! I especially like the ones of the night-crawing under fender lights all lit up. Very cool.
