The power door lock on the rear drivers side door stopped working. I can move it up and down manually, but it won't go up or down when using the power door lock switch. I've tried googling it and searching on here and can't find exactly whats up with it? I haven't taken the door panel off or anything yet, just figured I would ask first if anybody has ran into this and how they fixed it..

I'm going through something similar.
I have tried searching as well with no luck.
Maybe some sort of fuse to check?

Cannot help on the 08 as I don't have access to an 08 FSM but I can access an 03 FSM and maybe the logic is somewhat similar. On the 03 and 05/06 one fuse controls door locks so if that fuse is blown then no power lock would work. The same model years have an automatic lock feature at 15mph that can be enabled/disabled by the owner; enable the feature and see if it locks that door. If you have the remote key fob try locking the doors from the fob. If either of those work then I'd conclude the module in the door that locks it is functional but not getting power from the front door panel switch; if you have a front passenger door lock panel switch will it lock that door; the outcome may narrow down the wiring problem. If none of these work then you likely have a bad lock module inside the door or the linkage to the lock is not functional; pull panel to check linkage and use volt/ohm meter to check if tripping the door lock panel switch sends power to that module; if linkage is ok and power gets to the module replace module.

When stoutdog's power mirrors stopped working it was a bad module in the driver's door; a simple $50 and 30 minute fix not counting time in transit to local DCJ dealer for part.

When you say Module, do you mean power door lock actuator (sp?) can't find a part called a power door lock module..

When I say module I mean whatever thing it is that's in the door that moves the lock when power is applied to that thing.
