I'll take that compliment anytime.
I do a lot of reading on hypermiling and enjoy the hell out of applying it to Jeepin'!
Hypermiling is a great hobby since it saves you money.
It was even fun applying techniques with my old car which was a v8 and carbureted.

Thrush welded finally arrived last night. Install is scheduled for 6pm tonight. Any particular videos or pics anyone?

No pics but some advice. If you can get better exhaust pipe than what the auto parts stores sell, do it. I have to replace pieces of pipe about every 3 or 4 months. The stuff is garbage. I couldn't find any better so I'll continue until I replace it with stainless.

Just dropped it off for an oil change and tire rotation. The last time this dealership changed the oil they didn't put the filter on very tight as I had a decent-sized leak. I question whether they change the filter at all so my buddy marked it for me. This place can't seem to get their stuff together as it is but they're the only Jeep dealer near me.

Really? Does it rust out?
Makes me feel a little better I chose the stainless steel exhaust system.

Glad we're in the same club. I think I average 14mpg on the high side. Pure interstate(flat interstate...) I think I might see 15, close to 16 with a tail wind going down hill.

Even going downhill with a tailwind I still could coast to a stop

Where'd you mount your cb? I'm looking for ideas...

You need some armor up under that bumper man. Other than that and the fenders just hanging there, looks nice
