Went wheeling again today...got out to help a friend through an obstacle and then get back in the Jeep to find the power steering is gone...hmmm...I'll check fluids once it's daytime and Adv Auto is open but right now it's a pain in the rear to turn haha.

I lied...couldn't wait.

By phone light I realized...she was bone dry...even after dumping an entire quart of my spare fluid in there I didn't have enough to fill it...ooops...

The big question is where did it go?

Well...most of the fluid I put in last night came out...it was running down my driveway...atleast I know for sure it's the pump haha.

I can still drive and steer but parking is just painful...I miss my steering assistance already haha.

Just no luck with the KK lately, huh? First a deer, now this. Anyways, there was a reason why old cars had big steering wheels, and it was just for looks lol

I got to post up some more pics of damage I found. The door slammed into the aperture (where the door seals itself). So thats another $712 object to buy...but I probably wont because it's only a little bent out of shape.

Also...my power steering pump is NOT the cause of the leak...it's the rack and pinion. When at full lock it leaks where the inner tie rod end boots are (and for some reason my driver's boot is not clamped on the rack and pinion side haha) and after it's turned off the driver's side just drooled out all 1/3 quart I put in there...

Ask JeepNCrowd about RnP issues I swear that man could probably replace them in his sleep at this point!

Haven't been on here for a few days. Glad there's a little action going on.
Would like to see how the ATH rock rails look on a Libby without the plastic side skirts.
Filled up for 19mpg yesterday. 342.6 miles on that tank.

You mean these? viewtopic.php?f=88&t=80895

The good luck will start showing once I get an estimate done for the damage and then use 1/4 of the money towards replacing and the rest towards getting these to fit:

I gave up on the Diff Glider. It definitely doesn't fit.

The riddler fits without any issue right?

Yes, I'll speak for jeepn he still has it on his rig and has had 0 issues!

Makes me jealous every time I'm behind him on the trail.

It's even red and black! It would suit my kk so much better! Haha

Yes those lol, and are you going to try and make tube fenders or just mode those to fit? I would love to try and make some but it would be hard to do the rears.

Haha it would too. I just can't decide between the Riddler, or the SOLID diff cover which is half the price of the Riddler...

Looks great! Stock suspension?

He's lifted. Looks about 2.5" or so. Not sure which lift though.

He's got a Daystar sticker on his lift gate glass, so I'm assuming that's what it is. I love the way white lifted KK's look.

Yep, just the 2.5" Daystar spacer lift. Thanks.

I installed a $99 remote starter in my KK today. It was plug and play, and works great. Here is the write up:

Took advantage of the "nice" weather today in Jersey and gave the KK an oil change. Got the last Mopar oil filter in stock at Walmart.
