Hey guys. I have a 2012 with very few miles and my interior is already rattling like crazy. Down my main streets I can hear all my door panels and somewhere on the front dash all rattling. Has anyone experienced this and fixed it, or am I the only one with this issue? It seems too new for things like this to be happening.

I have a weird rattle/squeak in the dash of my '12 that appears to be coming from the driver's side corner. However it only seems to happen when it's cold out. Usually I can apply some pressure to that portion of the dash to help it or I just wait for the cabin to warm up.

I have this issue as well. the solution I came up with was to fiber glass mat the door panels. I went over anything that was removable and silicone glued them. your honestly the first 2 members that I have heard that has this issue as well. Chrysler will not fix the issue as well! the door locks are really the only thing in my KK that still annoy me with rattling. I haven't figured out the solution to that yet. but just for a test, pull your door lock all the way up while your driving, quiet? the headunit bay area also rattles. pop the head unit cover out and flue all of the plastic seams. those buggers poped right off loose with my KK the first time it was off road.

the door panel plastic is very thin and the rattling your hearing is the panel hitting the door itself. stiffen it up and the rattling is less noticeable. dyno may works better, but for $200, about that per set, the fiber glass is a better alternative.

I just turn up the radio.

The rattles in the KK are usually from the glovebox, IP top cover, and door panels. I work in an assembly plant and we use something like this: http://www.homedepot.com/p/USEAL-USA-Ba ... /202086180 in the doors to dampen some of the tin can noise. For the other areas, you can get flock tape or something similar that will keep the plastic from rattling against itself.
