Most are going to tell you to stay away from Sky Jacker. Flip through this thread: viewtopic.php?f=88&t=79401

Also, I don't believe that the setup you referenced would work. And if it did, it certainly wouldn't be recommended.

Skyjacker springs are basically the same as oem springs. they are just as soft as them. go with OME springs. if your buying a full suspension lift kit why would you throw spacers on them as well? and lifting 4.5 actual inches is pretty difficult on all of your drivetrain.

whatever questions you have, they are on this forum. and if they aren't....... were here to help.

this topic is about a 6" lift, but still has useful information for a possible 4" lift.

Skyjacker rear springs arnt bad at all. Their front are pretty saggy.

As mentioned Skyjacker springs are weak, both front and rear are same as stock ( fronts 310 lb)
Also if you ever want to replace the front shocks you can only use Skyjacker
4.5 inches  No way , stick with 3-3.5 at most
Even at 3.5 inches you'll need to upgrade to the JeepinByAl upper control arms
So figure those into your budget
3-3.5 inches you can run 245-75-16s which is the biggest you want to run anyways without regearing
