Hi,
this weekend I managed to take the KJ out for some fun with Jeep Owners Club UK, it was the first time in a long time. Since my last outing I have done tow changes to my rear suspension and now I have a knocking noise at full compression sounding like the rear prop is hitting the exhaust box !!
So since last time I took off the rear torsion bar & installed JBA Y link. Now I think my rear drop is better but my axle must be moving more from side to side and therefore hitting the exhaust. This happens when the rear driver side (or in your case passenger side) wheel is fully compressed and the other wheel is completely extended.

I stopped and had a look but couldn't see any marks against the exhaust.
So how can i resolve this problem please?!
My rear set up is as following: OME 132 L + 948 + 2 top isolators + JBA Y link sitting at 22.5 inc ~ I have also 3 hockey pucks each side approximately 3 in as bump stops.

I have also noted that the rear wheels have enough space and don't rub against the inner rear wheel arches but just enough (might I need another puck to get more space).
Thank you,
Fil.
