Dropped Libby off this morning for the trailer hitch safety recall, only took them over a year and a half.

Good luck, called about the hitch for my Step Dads 2 months ago, they said 32 ahead of his, called back last week and said 58 ahead of him :roll:

Needless to say my Mom gave them a what for and they said soon, so another 6 months at least for his

How can you can go from 32 to 58? :dizzy:

I called about 1 1/2 weeks ago and they gave me the date, I did get my recall notice back in Sept though. I dropped it off at 8:30 am and they called at 3:15 to tell me it was ready...." It will take under 4 hrs to complete" . Longest 4 hours I have seen, but it's on, nice and tucked up too, you only see tube sticking out.
Now I can use my Chevy hitch I took off for something else! :BANANA:

They also did a "complementary mulitpoint insepction" , but yet didn't tell me the turn signal wasn't working , brake rotor was warped, and I was a quart low on oil. I knew the signal and rotor were bad going in so....gonna call and ask about their inspections today to see what they say. Someone just signed the paper that is got done.
Oh, picked up a rotor on way home. I knew it had a flat spot with a light pulsing of pedal, nothing bad I thought, but wife has been driving it, it was horrible. I pulled it last night, big old rust spot about the size of a silver doller on the back side, obvious dirt/junk in casting when the made it. All better now.

Tom, I know you probably told us, but where at on the east side? I lived in Columbus/Westerville for 4 yrs back in the college years. I still have friends in Westerville, he is actually a Westeeville police officer, my old roomie lives off morse rd at 270 and another friend own her own vet clinic in Pickerington.

If you went east on McCutcheon Road from Stelzer you'd be really close to my place :wink:

Yep, he's right off Sunbury road near where Steltzer connects, it's just north of Morse so probably just a few miles away.

I lived in an apartment complex on 161 just east of Cleveland when I was in my Junior year, right near that shopping complex at 161 & cleveland. That was back in '89-90, man, where has the years gone? I remember when north Westerville was all fields and the Polaris exit was all fields too and there was no exit there.

Know what you mean, I moved to Lancaster and worked on the west side of Columbus in 82 for a while then in Bexley for Goodyear ( 83-85 ) , I drive along those roads now where there were 100s well 1000s of acres of corn and now its covered with housing developments / Walmarts / Krogers / Lowes etc

Yes he is about 3.5-4 miles away is all . Bet I could get all kinds of good stories about you from him! :lol:

Pile up's east and west of Columbus on I 70, roads are closed, lots of semis wrecked on 23 above Columbus, 45 MPH winds , 12 degrees now at the airport, 20 degrees below with wind chill, lots of white out conditions everywhere
