Thanks. I need help on deciding if i need to upgrade my alternator from the 136 to the 160 Amp. I am pulling an extra 15 Amps over the original stock setup. Even though everything seems to be charging ok (dual batteries), i am worried that maybe i am putting to much stress on the alternator.

I think you can get a Mean Green alternator for the 3.7 now, i believe it's 200A, and it's roughly the same price as the 160A OEM one. Might want to just go that route, then you'll KNOW that you won't have issues.

I couldnt find the KJ alternator or Mean Green's website. I think i will upgrade to 160. The 200 would have been over kill for my needs i think.
