I was able to repair the hose using silicone tape that I picked up in the plumbing section at Menards. There is a 2 inch cut in the hose about 3 inches from the end that goes to the FCV, right at the bend. Doesn't look like the insides are rotting away from oil...yet anyways. Hoping this temporary fix lasts a thousand miles or so.

If you are going to be in one spot long enough or know of a spot where you will be like tomorrow I suspect idparts could overnight a hose too you as the chances of a dealer having one in stock is likely low.

yeah I'd call IDparts, Cory is great and I'm sure can help you out somehow if you have a delivery address you can receive a package at in a day or two. My first experience with the company went so well..... I needed a serpentine belt tension-er my local dealer told me $275 and the part was on National back-order with unknown delivery time as in the case with some CRD parts with the dealer. IDparts had one in my hand for the mechanic to install in 2 days for less than half the price!
