ABS light issue

As of late the ABS and emergency break indicator light come on at when ever i hit a bump in my '05 liberty CRD. Am i the only one who is having this issue or this a common thing?

For the brake light, you can check under the center console. There is copper/metal tab, lower left, that makes contact with the parking brake when pulled up. Might be loose or broken?
