Normal noise or Not?

Have a 2004 Jeep Liberty with roughly 129K on it. I noticed every time I am in the engine bay and pull the throttle, I hear a hissing/sucking noise, Link to a video of it. Sounds like it is coming from around the intake manifold, possibly behind it. Wondering if any one had some ideas on what it could be or what to look for before I just send it out to the shop.

Couldn't get it to load, but the first things i would check is the tubes feeding the pcv and ccv, the pcv comes from your oil filler neck and the ccv comes from behind the valve covers and goes to the airbox, these all use intake pressure to work properly, alao check the brake booster line for tear or not being attached properly to the intake manifold, hope you figure it out

Normal noise

The sound is the suction / vacuum pressure behind the throttle plate being relieved when you actuate the valve.
