How do you think those knobs will hold up over time being attacked by salt, mud, sand and road grime?

Not really sure, I'm going to make a cover over them, at least a flap down over them and spray them every now and again

That will be interesting to see how it pans out for the Jeeps. I do know the Fox shocks with damper adjustments have to be kept very clean or they just don't operate correctly, including leaks which renders the shock useless. A rider I know sold his after a season, great shock but the damper adjustment turned out to be a pain and at $1,000 a shock, not worth it. Hopefully it's an apples and oranges comparison.

That's the fun part :pepper:
Something I also forgot about, he ended up using some sort of teflon spray at the end of his experiment on the knobs to keep junk from sticking to them. It did work for him but he hated the hassle of keeping them coated since he loved to play in the mud

I've heard a few complain like Nancy at that time of month about it. It's not a good ole Chevy truck but it's very do-able. I'll only charge ya $500 :jester: I can tell ya Dodge trucks have a very stupid set up, have to drop steering column and pull dash, then ya have to deal with actually the heater core, easy enough if ya have a tiny Japanese woman to help ya out to get in there. The Jeep is designed in the same stupid manner as Dodge's, both engineers took the brown acid, it's roughly a 6 pack job :5SHOTS: Have I personally had one apart???? Nope, but easy enough if ya have some patience like most things….

Think I got the right pictures, anyways 4 have 265-75-16 pretty much worn out tires on them, 5th wheel is naked
Asking 450.00 for them, these are in good shape, only had original tires and this set mounted on them.
on the naked wheel there is a slight amount of discoloration near one lug, not sure what happened but wanted to mention it.
I may try and buff it out if I find time.
no shipping but can meet if not too far away
These are getting harder to find and I'll kick myself for selling these some day I am sure! LOL
I also have a Knockoff Moab brand new that I could let go so you'd have a perfect set for 50 bucks more. Price them and you'll see what the knockoffs are going for.

He found one but no center cap or beauty ring as of yet. He is rather excited to find another load of "stuff" he hasn't seen in 40 plus years, he is thinking he may have all sorts of goodies in there including the spoked style Chevy rally rims. He'll let me know some time this week or weekend.
