Bought this '11 liberty limited. It has a hiccup or slight jerk while maintaining stead speed on the highway. No codes. It is worse with the a/c on. Computers were flashed at jeep dealer. Plugs, wires and coils replaced too. Any suggestions?

Seems like there are more and more jerks at highway speed every day! Oh, wait...

You could try running some injector cleaner through the gas tank. I would try Lucas Fuel Stabilizer. It worked well to clear up a similar issue on my old XJ. You could also try a tank of Shell V-Power (extra expensive) gas, because it has more cleaners and detergents in it. If there is any crud in your fuel system, either of these will help to clear it out.

Since you have already done your plugs and coils, I am not sure what else to try. If you have a code reader, check for stored codes after it hesitates next time. They have to happen often enough to trigger the MIL, so maybe hidden codes could point you in the right direction.

Disconnect the Neg(-) battery cable for 10 minutes. This will set the trany computer in learn mode. Then drive it like you stole it for a while.

One of the things I really like about LOST is the genuine way we try to help each other solve problems and build great Jeeps. If JeepCares is here to help and be part of the LOST community (which is my default setting for anyone unless they give us lots of evidence to the contrary) then I think we should be open minded and say welcome aboard. Now spammers, that is an entirely different animal! :grim:

If jeep cares really is ventureing over to LOST then they really need to get there heads out of the books. It works really well over on the Jeepfourm because there a lot of new jeep owners that want to get started with the "its a jeep thing". And really, the people on LOST are mostly pretty knowledgeable and if not they learn the ropes and become "the people of LOST".

JeepCares is more than welcome over here in Lost, why would you not want them over here trying to help out? What if someone needs info from the FSM and doesn't have access to it?

Hey, let's give the "company man" a chance. I just sent him a PM, we'll see what happens. Thanks for the suggestions.
