Almost have my 05 back together, I think my house and both of the jeeps are taking turns.

Gotta bleed fuel system and fill up the coolant put CAC hoses / airbox back in .. then it should be drivable. Probably drive straight to the car wash and wash it, it still has mud caked on it from the beginning of Feb when I was in PA in the hills. Have not moved it since valentines day.

Takes forever when you only get the chance to work on it occasionally. Bought a 4runner last weekend as well so now I have all the maintnance to complete for that, just in time to free up the garage space.

Its back on the road now, finally.

I just finished it up Friday and fired it up / bled all the air out of fuel system and drove it down to carwash. Not even the check engine light is on.

Full EGR Delete now, but it seems to me the vaynes in the turbo might be siezed/stuck, that or the solenoid that controls the vaccum to the acuator is bad. Most likely siezed vaynes in turbo though. the shaft that moves them refuses to budge moving it by hand. At least it will move under its own power though.

Wild turkey is nice and greasy

We get them through the woods around where I live, they will actually flap from branch to branch in some of the trees in the evening... they sound like a helicopter when they start doing that. I couldn't figure out what they were first time I saw those giant birds up in the branches.

Haha barely had time to phone home to the wife to see how she was doing! Ended up coming in late tuesday night, working 7a-11p weds and thurs, 7a-12 friday then hoppin in the jeep to make it for my 2p shift down here! It sucked but $$$$$

We have a guy here in the Cleveland area who needs a hand getting his lift parts installed. People were so generous in helping me last month that I'm trying to pay it forward by helping him. My catch is that I don't have much experience and have nowhere to work on things.
