Hi all,
After careful consideration I’m putting my ‘06 Liberty CRD up for sale instead of repairing it. The motor stopped running with a”clunk” going down the highway (according to my daughter- it was her daily driver at the time) and cannot be hand-cranked through a complete revolution, so the complete diagnosis is anybody’s guess. Could be a TB (though it was replaced and is low time), a dropped valve, or anything else. So I have a chassis in excellent condition it seems.
-165,500 miles
-Forrest green exterior
-gray cloth interior in excellent condition
-Weeks stage 1 and 2 egr kit
-New agm battery
-nearly new alternator
-new turbo hoses
-tires 80% +
-cat-ectomy
-one small rust bubble on the passenger door, bottom edge
-small crack in windshield. Passes VA inspection
