Does anyone know if the roof rack equipped on the Renegade fits the Sport and if so, where can I get one? I like the beefier tubes and the finish as well over the one on the Sport and the Ltd.

I have the 03 Sport and I got some UNI-Strut for my cross Bars . Sandblasted them and painted them to match !
I have installed bike clamps to them and I have no wind noise at all or whistling or howling .

That Uni-strut seems like a pretty good idea. I was actually speaking of the main rails that are equipped on the vehicle though. You know, the ones that you would mount the Uni-stru to. Just check out the ones that are equipped on the Sport vs. the ones on a Renegade. You'll notice that the ones on the Renegade are much thicker and have a nicer finish.

Yeah, I'm sure the dealer can help, but I was hoping that someone might know of a website where I might score some for less than what the dealer would rape me for. Eh well...if I have to go to the dealer, so be it.
Thanx guys!

Check out jparts.com, send them a note stating what part your looking for and they'll give you the list price for it and then you take 15% OFF of that. But check the Liberty parts listing first, they might already have the roof rails from a Renegade listed...hope that helps.

you also understand that even though they look beefy, they hold a lot less than your sport rails, don't you? the look is the only reason to get them. the sport ones are much more functional.
