i live in milwaukee. i haven't done any lifting on KJ's, cuz everybody i know has XJ's and TJ's, but i'd be willing to help.
first step for you're vib would be to get the vehicle to sit level. second step would be to make sure you're u-joints are in good shape. if you have a u-joint that is so-so, it might not act up at stock angles, but put a little change in there, and it starts to show.
other than that, i can't give any suggestions without actually having it here and doing some re-search since i haven't had much experience with the KJ setups.
Thanks a ton for the offer scorpio_vette. Looks like Bakerkj may be helpin me out on this one. Thanks also for the input on the driveshaft vibe issue I'm having. Stealership said that the u-joints look good, and I'm hopin that removing one isolator per side in the rear may help out a bit. I'll be sure to keep everyone here posted with any updates.
BTW, do you currently have a kj? I'll probably answer my own question once I look at your sig. FWIW, the Rusty's kit is an awesome lift. Rides and handles WAY better than stock in my opinion.
Thanks again for the offer!! Can't wait until we get snow to have fun with the Jeeps in!!
