I finally finished running the lines and wires, and getting everything cleaned up.
The air compressor is a Vaiar 480c.
The tank is some custom dealio I found on eBay. 3gal aluminium
I'm silly, but I put 2x 1/4 , 1x 3/8", & 1x 1/2" QD plugs into it. I know I'll never use the 3/8" and 1/2", but what else was I going to do with the empty ports besides plug them up.
There is a 165on/200off PSI switch plumbed into the tank to break the ground signal when 200PSI is reached.
The filter/intake for the compressor is outside the box so I can get a good solid source.
I have 2 airlines and the power coming out the back. There is a small channel formed by the top of the box and the back of the rear seats perfect for hiding stuff like these lines.
The air line with the gauge on it goes to the locker. the regular keeps it at 100psi so as not to blow up my ARB. The line without the gauge runs up to the a-pillar where I will eventually get a lo-tek gauge pod to mount my nice 52mm air pressure gauge.
I used a female QD on both lines so that I can unhook everything to remove the box if needed.
