Outstanding service and they're willing to take the time to explain things. They have diesel techs that are very knowledgeable of both Cummins diesels and our CRD's.

If I buy another Jeep, it'll be from these guys.

***** Third vote for this one *****

Simply one of the best service garages I've ever seen... I take my truck to Sanderson Ford (sorry guys, it's not a Cummins it's a Powerstroke) and their service is certainly as good... They just don't have that BRAND NEW shop like Bill Luke does... Just an incredible shop....

They had my parts for f-37 in less than a week and installed them in less than a day. They also replaced the pump at my request. They said nothing about my lift and were extremely knowledgable about the crd. They are also a sprinter dealer. Service manager's name is Tom.

They are kings when it comes the the CRD, They have sold the most CRD's in TX so far. They have 3 CRD trained techs on staff there everyday.

I, just like many others make a 1 hour + drive just to get there passing up many other Jeep/Dodge dealers on the way

4/16/07 Update:
i just found out they are waving my labor cost for the EGR replacement!!!! (they agree DC should pick up the tab) they are also looking into doing something to help with the F37 "fix"

I bought my Liberty CRD in February from Van Horn Dodge in Plymouth, WI. What I liked about them besides a fair price was the attitude they had on the recalls, they stuck DC for every recall that existed. I found out that mine was a lease vehicle that was turned back in and sold to Van Horn who read the recalls and did the work before they sold it to me.

Has anybody out in BC found a good dealer in the Lower Mainland?

One item good dealers have is a thriving wholesale parts business. If you see their delivery van stopping at body shops, that is a good sign. Money helps the dealership bottom line and if they are smart they will pay people what they are worth and attract the best team members including great technicians. Better technicians and parts people net better sales (Caterpillar's reason for their success)
Another item to look for the Liberty CRD, is a dealer who services other Common Rail Diesel vehicles such as the Sprinter, newer Dodge Cummins, Mercedes, or Duramax powered units. This way they have a larger base of experiance to draw from and not just hook up the computer, look for codes, and keep replacing parts until the problem goes away.
