All 8 lights on the roof rack ground to the bolts that hold them to the rack. The rack has a good ground through it's mounting points.
The bumper lights actually carry the ground through their plug then are grounded right behind the grill. The way I mounted the bar they are on limits it's contact with metal, so I just worked the ground into the 3-pin plug that runs the 4 of them and grounded it right on the other side of the plug under the hood release safety thing.
