Funny, I don't see any of the posters who defended this guy & talked about forgiveness & told us to give him another chance stepping forward to make good on this? Or even commenting?

I’m not sure if I defended the guy as much as I granted him forgiveness for finally coming clean the first time. However, forgiveness also requires repentance, and repentance requires making a change. In simple words, JHCRASH has repeatedly made poor choices that has severed his relationship with the LOST Community. I feel sorry for those who have been involved in this unethical chaos and I hope that there will be a positive outcome. In the State of New Mexico, I am a mediator. My job is to resolve conflict before it hits the legal system. In conflict resolution, practicing forgiveness is “always” one step towards healing. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Once you have exhausted your resources and have tried all other interventions, then the legal system must intervene. A positive outcome of mediation is when both parties are able to negotiate (not compromise). A negative outcome of mediation is when one or both parties are not willing to negotiate, then the legal system will make the final decision for you, which doesn’t always mean that either party will get what they want. So, my involvement in an earlier thread was to act as a neutral third party and try to maintain a peaceful discussion and start a healing process.
