If you so feel inclined, PM me about your thoughts regarding the event.

I have received some PMs and phone calls about it. Will not get into what has been said but want your opinions on how you thought it was, how you think we are viewed while there, pros and cons etc.

All exchanged conversations will be between us. I will share the overall feelings of the group at a later time.

Thanks for your time.

Tom

Tom, I think part of it is...that we chose to drive Libertys, knowing darn well how the rest of the Jeep community views the KJ. One of those "Make your bed, now lie in it" situations.

On the other hand...that's not to say that some of the snide remarks and snubbing were warranted. Overall, I don't think there was anything in particular that bugged me...aside from the fact that two of our members volunteered their services for the event, yet LOST KJs was not mentioned...especially after the crickets chirping after the mention of Lost Valley Jeepers...I mean...freakin really? They mention them...NOT A SINGLE CLAP? Pfft.

Then again, where were the rest of you guys on the flexamadoodle wheely board ramp thingamajig...gotta go on there to prove you're HARD CORE!

You have to be pretty hardcore to try an RTI while 2 wheeling, at least as far as the 4x4 crowd round these parts

They made ThunderbirdJunkie back off probably a foot or two (feels like more when inside the Jeep than it looks like from outside, perhaps) because she just IDLED up that sheeot!

Well, once Tom gets all this feedback, I want to find out if we want to be an official sponsor for next year (along with MB, FatBoys & Ohio Jeepers). I wont require much more than this year, and I think folks like being "wrangler recovery vehicles". Plus we needs some LOST Ohio T-shirts with a good tag line...

Oh well, ya know me can't keep my mouth shut or my fingers for typing, will be banned from there site as soon as their President reads what I said.

We'll see if they want help and are willing to accept otherJeep owners to their little fund raiser next year!

Tom, ThunderbirdJunkie doesn't really think anything you said was out of line, but perhaps taken out of context?

Anyway, ThunderbirdJunkie had fun.

Without booze?

Hmm. does not compute.
