For the TB job you need the TB itself at minimum. There is some discussion but once you are in that far at ca. 100K miles add the 2 idler pulleys, and the tensioner. Water pump is kind of your call. It's not terribly prone to faillure but it is hard to get too from scratch as you have to repeat all the TB work + some to change out the front 1/2, all that needs doing, of the WP. I'd lean toward doing the WP as part of the TB job.
Comments:
1. unless you have done a serp belt job relatively recently (needs doing every 50K miles) add a serp belt, 2 serp belt idlers and maybe, your call, a serp belt tensioner. While at it do a fan shroud mod for ease of future access; see
viewtopic.php?f=98&t=64278&p=709322#p709322 2. don't waste any money on the boost pressure solenoid, it either is working or it's not. If working leave alone until it quits working. Easy to diagnose and a 2-5 minute DIY job to replace.
3. some say add thermostat to TB job. My opinion is same as for boost pressure solenoid. If your temp gauge rides less than 1 tick left of vertical the tstat is ok. Replacement is a bit of a pain but well within DIY capability with some basic tools and a couple of hours
4. If you are doing or having done, it's messy but if you can get under the vehicle not hard, a transmission filter change then by definition you will be checking the tranny fluid but that's not part of the TB job although I think tranny service also needs doing ca. every 50K miles. Remember ATF+4 only. If not DIY any competent tranny shop can handle as the 545RFE DCJ transmission is very common
5. fuel filter - DIY just don't forget to unplug the WIF sensor connection on the bottom before unscewing the old filter.
As to where/who. You might PM/email geordi whose not that far away.
