Right now I think I have the EGR disbled in the ECU, but I am getting a P0401 and P0299 code and that is with the MAF plugged in. If I unplug the MAF (ORM) and clear the codes, the good ol' P0102 comes back, but that is to be expected...
Later today I will unplug the EGR and FCV to see if the codes clear or not. I may also block the exhaust input to the EGR and see what happens. Maybe the EGR is seeing the exhaust pressure but since the EGR is off it is throwing these codes... Trial and error I guess until I figure it out
Even with the codes, the jeep runs fine regardless. No limp modes, loss of power or excessive smoke.

it's difficult for me explain the map in titanium .......language problem , but you can focus on injection partialized , it's the time for open injector , i can say increment of a 10 % from 1400-1600 rpm -to the max and from 50% load to 100% load
increment a 4 , 6 % max the rail pressure and adeguate it's limiter in the same manner of timing
phase injection ....the first map you can find it's a FCV function ........after you found "out of driver" the control for egr and after the egr work ...........BUT..........if you do not close well the egr , you can not disable fcv ...dtc can found are p0299 if you close bad the egr or p0402 with the fcv opened and bad egr , after you found an acceleration enrichment , it's a map for the response of gas pedal , but after this map there are 2 limiter , and titanium not always found it .
turbo
after the turbo increase ........do not increase over 140-150 point ........about 0,150 bar for a maximum prex of 1,5 bar , in the titanium you found a value that sign 2350 ......max prex , but you must remove 1000 mbar of atmospheric pressure 2350 -1000=1350 +150 = 1,5 bar
after the turbo prex you find....not always ...the limiter and if you go right you can found a bend in the map with the same value of max prex of turbo......it's out of driver but it's the limiter pressure
overboost.........you can no touch this , but if you want i'll suggest you dont go over 40 point .this increase the time your engine maintain the prex of turbo and decrease a little bit the fuel consumption
limiter .......torque limiter increase for a max 15% and the limiter(7) are the torque limiter on the shift ........increase at the same of engine
pressure rail limiter........increase of 4-6 % depending of what you have incremented the rail
