I have a 2005 CRD and while removing the MAP sensor for cleaning I broke the fuel injector return line off the plastic 4 way fuel connector. I have been unsuccessful in trying to track down a replacement connector. Any recommendations on places that may have this part?

I noticed on another thread someone had this similar problem and they made a new part out of 2 T connectors. Any advice or pictures on how this repair is done?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Best option is to go to your local hardware store and purchase two brass "TEEs", one bushing, and four barbed hose fittings all in 1/4 pipe thread size and make your own. The barbed hose fittings must be matched to the corresponding hose size.

If you want factory, here are the part numbers.
Injector Fuel Return Fitting - 05142809AB ; 05142809AA; 68020538AA
Factory Chrysler Parts (Mopar) wants ~85 bucks for it with the hose to the injection pump.

The only challenge is the plastic return line from cp3 to the 4way adapter. Going wit brass tees you'll need to replace it with a rubber fuel hose since there is no way to clamp it to the barb hose fitting you'll use in the tee. You'll also need a small enough hose barb fitting to use it for injector return line.

thermorex is correct,
as Pap explained in his write up, the big return line from the back of the CP3 injection pump over to the four way connector has a hard plastic inner liner. So, if going to a brass setup, you will need to replace this hose with a good quality marine grade fuel line and some good fuel injection hose type band clamps...

Thank you for all your responses. I will give this a try. Also, thanks for the tip on the fuel line.
