Hello to all, been a little while since I've posted wanted to chime in and give my thank to this website for the abundance if info on here. Today after an exhausting twelve (12) hour day me, my brother, and father all spent the day wrenching replacing my timing belt, idlers, and the front half of the water pump on my CRD. Note that the belt itself showed very little wear, and had no visible cracks. However one of the idlers was weeping grease and noticeably wobbly, also the water pump was slightly noisy while spinning. I think I lucked out and got it, before it got me....

Thanks Tony

Nice! How many miles? Also, your rig sounds awesome! Do you have any pictures you could post?
