My Jeep is a 2005, I bought it in March in northern Illinois. I currently live in southern Mississippi and had service on the EGR while in Mississippi.

So did APC have a 526 or an 808?

I think I have a 526?

https://www.dropbox.com/s/o8a4c6z5tlvje ... 22015?dl=0

It had 7v OEM glow plugs in it. I also think it has had the F37 mod.

I just need EGR and FCV delete w/o CELs my inspection was due 12 days ago!

Help?

My first Mod!

Stock 526 w/ EGR CEL disabled ( this does NOT disable the EGR system, just the CEL).

Now to disable the EGR / FCV and maybe add a bit of Yeti's Magic

Rradavich = Radman01? (both with one post)

Did you try Yeti's suggestion?

Hi
first just verify if you have the good program
go to google and load a small software call (Bosch ECU nr . exe)
now check your original file to see if you have a 208 or 211 or something else

if you flash a wrong one, you will have to go on boot mode

I picked up an 06 liberty recently locally here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Cleaned the sensors, changed the oils, did the ORM, elephant hose mod and went straight pipe, original 06 Torque converter AFAIK. When I first found this thread I went ahead and ordered the cable, got everything installed and it says my ecu is a 516. Seems there are no tunes for my ecu?

HI All. Just registered so I am a newbie. I have an 05 CRD that is in limp mode. I am pretty sure it is related to the P0610 DTC i have.

So, I thought a DIY reflash would be in order. My problem is my software shows up as 1037512031p_399430 in notepad.

I have not seen any reference to 031 tunes.
Is there one? Can I use one of the euro specced tunes as I am in South Africa?

Thanks for the thread and thanks in advance for any help.

you must .........and every one must use the originale file , you can modify your file or use another tune but made in the same revison that you have , this topic is for example and study and some time help someone, the file posted is for study and you can take the difference from the mod file to understand how to , for deleting the DTc there is a BIG work from harstprogrammer in the early page , we are not responsible if some one want load a not proper tune and destroy his EcU .......and do not know why .

try to post your original file and we take a look

Here is my file.

I do understand the importance of using the correct tune file for the correct software version I have.

Thank You

your file is similar at 809 file and the DTC table is the same , there is a little difference after the engine torque map

If anyone can tell me from my bin file below which map I can use as an alternative that would be great

it's a 516 and you must use this revison and apply the mod file from another tune present in the list but not only copy , you must study a bit how to like many people here

Thanks Yeti. I have successfully removed the P0610 DTC with your help and hrastprogrammer's tables.

I still have no turbo. :furious:

She runs like a standard 2.8l diesel (no turbo power), no errors, all hoses and intercooler etc. checked, no leaks.

Any ideas? Anyone?

Cheers from SA

Hello fellow crd people.

So, im on travel trying to help another crd owner with his 2006 stage 2 weeks kit installed. The only file I could find to remove the cel was Hrastprogrammers ... Has anyone shared a mild stage 2 tune for the 513 ecu ?

I have installed Hrast tune just hoping to give his crd a little more power ......
